Uniform heat is for colds, sore throats & Co. important because this supports the body’s own defense. So make sure that your little sore throat patient is not cold and dressed warm. A thick scarf protects the neck and chest from the cold.
When to the doctor?
A sore throat, which usually occurs during a cold, can usually be managed well. But since diseases such as B. flu, scarlet fever or mumps with a sore throat, in some cases a visit to the doctor is advisable to clarify the causes and a suitable one treatment initiate. This is especially true if the sore throat is very pronounced or if it has not improved significantly after a few days despite self-medication. Even if additional disease symptoms such as B. fever, rash, severe swallowing or earache, a visit to the doctor is necessary.
