Cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or an authorized third party who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly:

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you have already received the goods, you must return them undamaged in the event of cancellation without undue delay, at the latest within fourteen days. The deadline is respected if you return the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to repay to you all payments that we have received from you within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your cancellation was received by us.

In case of revocation, please inform us of the bank account details (account holder, IBAN, BIC) to which we should arrange repayment.
