Everyone has probably heard of the Berlin Wall Cycle Path. But it might be surprising for some that it is actually a whopping 160 km long. Professional cyclists could cover this distance in one piece and thus follow the course of the former Berlin Wall, which divided the city until 1989 – recreational cyclists were advised to choose a section. A possible and varied route for a day trip begins at the Heidekampgraben green area.
