At a temperature of 37 degrees; do you speak of increased body temperature or is that still normal? When do you have a fever?

Hey .. I am a nurse and as I learned in training, one speaks from 37.5-38 degrees of subfibril temperature (slightly increased) and from 38 degrees of fever. So at 37 degrees we wouldn’t do anything in the hospital, that’s completely unremarkable
Between 37.5 and 37.9 degrees Celsius body core temperature one speaks of subfebrile temperatures, from 38.0 of fever.
