Morning stress? 10 tips for a relaxed start to the day

Morning is the most important time of the day. The better we start the day, the more successfully we can master it. But in many families, all signs point to stress in the morning. Pedagogue Astrid Barrios from the Bavarian Youth Welfare Office gives tips on how parents can avoid this.

Children must be present at school regularly and on time. Gone are the days when you could still dawdle a little in the morning because more or less didn’t matter in fifteen minutes. Gone are the days when children were allowed to stay at home when they were totally tired from visiting their grandmother at the weekend. Everyday life in the family changes enormously when school starts.
