Munich is bursting with green spaces and our surroundings are unbeatable anyway. It definitely sounds child-friendly and if you look at the density of strollers in inner-city quarters, it seems that Munich is the perfect city for bringing up youngsters into the world. But if you take a closer look, our city has a hell of a lot of concrete and not so child-friendly streets and car traffic. For the city child, the playground is therefore indispensable and so we have put together 11 of them. So: happy rocking, sliding, rocking and digging!

"Let go for a mulled wine" – As soon as WhatsApp groups are opened for this plan, you can be sure where you are going anyway: either at the Christkindlmarkt at Marienplatz or on Tollwood. Sure, the former is one of the largest Christmas markets in Germany, but nevertheless or precisely because of that, it is also terribly crowded. It is very similar with the Tollwood. That is why we have selected eleven Christmas markets in Munich for you that are particularly beautiful (and hopefully not so well attended). From the vegan sausage stand at the fairy tale bazaar to the warming fire bowls during the winter magic in the West Park.
