We attach great importance to the training, promotion and retention of young professionals.
Many of our associates, such as Romy Thormann or Sarah Temm, have started their training in the Dental Health Halle practice, successfully completed and are today an integrated and recognized team member. Also, young colleagues support dentist Roger Barz in the comprehensive care of his patients.

More than just one “drilling rig“!
Almost unnoticed by the patient, German dentistry has evolved into a complex structure in modern day practice. Simple “just get the drill out“Is not necessarily the Non Plus Ultra. A large number of legal requirements, such as the Hygiene Ordinance of the Robert Koch Institute or the current Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO) must be regularly implemented and checked. A quality management (QM) is to be used, trainees should in any case receive a practical syllabus.
Where is the patient still left??
Certainly this bureaucracy is required. It belongs to our profession, but should not be our vocation. In order to keep the patient or patient in the focus of the event, it needs a strong team that committed, well-informed and oriented to take care of all the things that happen outside the office.
There is always a lot to do!
The task field is more than extensive. Many appointments need to be agreed on the phone with the patient, and health and cost plans for the health insurance are waiting for a creation. Information about private co-payments must be provided promptly. Appointments in our prophylaxis department must be coordinated in conjunction with the dental findings / examination.
And of course everything has to be canceled out with the dental laboratory. Likewise, a reliable service plan should be available for all employees, the holiday period should be regulated and the dental emergency service of the city of Halle should be secured.

These numerous and complex tasks and areas of activity require a team in which everyone can rely on each other … so that in the end everything is really done. For this we are always back for you every day!
