KidsAway reserves the right to change the terms and conditions in the future. The user will be informed about changes of KidsAway on the platform. Changes to the terms and conditions shall be deemed approved if the user does not contradict them in writing within two weeks after publication of the changed terms and conditions and information on KidsAway’s platform.

(13) Final provisions

Jurisdiction to merchants is Kassel.
German law applies.
Should one of the provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
