An online course consists of the course script, which can be viewed in the Naturheilmagazin portal or ordered on CD. In addition, the student will be provided with password-protected access to a facilitator-facilitated forum. A course can start on fixed dates or continuously.
1. Prerequisites for the course participation
The participant is responsible for ensuring that the technical prerequisites for the course participation are met. These are: a computer with Internet access and an installed browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) and CD-ROM drive – if you ordered the course on CD, a printer if you want to print the script (not necessary).

2. Execution of the courses
The customer develops the course content on his own with the help of the provided script. If he has questions to the instructor, he can ask them in the forum. For this he receives a username and a password.
It is recommended that the customer install an anti-virus program (eg Norton Anti-Virus or AntiVir – for free at: www.free-av.de). This should be automatically updated every time you visit the Internet. At least this should be possible manually and also be carried out regularly. Anyone who surfs the Internet and receives e-mails, otherwise runs the risk that a virus attacks the computer and causes damage.
The customer undertakes to use e-mail addresses and other data of other participants only for internal purposes. They may under no circumstances be passed on to third parties.
Courses can start on an ongoing basis or at a scheduled time. If the number of participants is too small, AltaMediNet GmbH can cancel an online course. Likewise, for important reason, for. B. Course leader’s illness, the course will be discontinued. The course fees will be fully refunded in this case. Alternatively, the prevented course instructor in consultation with colleagues from the medical advisory board of AltaMediNet GmbH provide adequate replacement. 3rd course fee
The customer can pay the course by direct debit. AltaMediNet GmbH reserves the right to offer further payment options within the shop at any time. If the customer defaults on payment, or if the customer account is not covered, then AltaMediNet GmbH is entitled to charge default interest in the amount of 5% above the respective base interest rate p. a. to promote.
The course fee mentioned in the respective course is due with the customer’s registration – at the latest, however, 7 days before the beginning of the course – in the case of ongoing courses immediately after receipt of the password. Immediately after receipt of payment, the customer receives an electronic confirmation of registration. The participation in the course can only be guaranteed with timely payment. If the customer registers for the corresponding course less than 7 days before the beginning of the course, the course fee will become due immediately. Participation can not be granted. However, in any case it will be checked by us, before a possible electronic payment processing, if participation is possible. If this is not the case, then the electronic payment process is not carried out. Instead the customer will be sent an e-mail in which he will be offered a new appointment proposal for the participation of an equivalent course. If the customer inadvertently transfers a course fee for an already full course, this will be refunded immediately.
When transferring accounts outside Germany, in addition to the course fee, foreign bank fees are charged. It should therefore be stated on the transfer that the transferor bears all costs. Alternatively you can simply transfer EUR 5, – more.
To ask questions in the forum, the customer must connect to the Internet. Of course, these connection fees are additional, they are completely independent of the AltaMediNet GmbH and the course fee.
4. Cancellation
If you cancel an online course up to 2 weeks before the beginning of the course, you will be charged a handling fee of EUR 10, -. For cancellations up to one week before the beginning of the course, one third of the course fee is payable, then the full amount, unless a substitute participant is provided.
5. Property rights
Each participant has the right to use the script, the exercise material and the content of the emails for his personal purposes, to print them out for themselves or to save them as files. It is forbidden to forward them to third parties in any form, regardless of whether they are paid or free of charge. The copyrights and exploitation rights remain with the course instructor.
6. Liability
AltaMediNet GmbH strives for the correctness of the course contents as well as for the functioning of the forum. However, a guarantee can not be given.
7. Other
The customer agrees to the storage of his data provided in the registration, as far as this is necessary for the execution of the courses, agrees. Of course, the data will not be passed on to third parties.

8. Important legal notice

5. Liability
Doctors and Naturopaths of the service telephone are only advised not to treat. The liability of AltaMediNet GmbH is – for whatever legal reasons – excluded. Insofar as the liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents.
This limitation of liability does not apply if the cause of damage is due to intent and / or gross negligence. It also does not apply to claims arising from the Product Liability Act. If AltaMediNet GmbH negligently violates a contractual obligation, the obligation to pay compensation is limited to the typically occurring damage.
