New year, new comp. The North Face Park and Pipe Open Series (PPOS) has gone virtual. Team freeskier Tom Wallisch shares how to enter your # DreamRun15 and what winnings could be in your near future.

Registration for The North Face Park and Pipe Open Series Virtual Competition will open Jan. 9, 2015 on TheNorthFacePPOS.com. Through the competition, halfpipe and slopestyle freeskiers can virtually compete with one another by submitting their dream park and pipe runs. Tom Walther in his new project “Good Company,” a $ 10,000 cash purse, gear packages and GoPro cameras.

The Virtual Competition is a chance for skiers age 12 The video can be edited to combine the skier‘s best tricks in the park or pipe. The halfpipe may be any length or size, and the slopestyle entries may include eight features including four rails and four jumps. The same rail or jump may be used multiple times in the video edit.

The video submission period will commence Jan. 30 – March 1, 2015. All athletes must register prior to submitting their video and registration closes Feb. 16. The competition will move into a round of public voting Feb. 23 – March 6. After the public voting round, judges will select finalists submissions based on a combination of public voting results and their own discretion. Judges wants to analyze the results of a competition run and assign an overall impression score of 1-100. The 24th Specialty Awards will be handed out to you. GoPro footage use, best trick, rail and air, vests personality, vignette and the Wallisch Select.
