E-mail tickets: We will send you a mobile phone ticket by e-mail, which you can show at every attraction with your mobile device. You can also print your ticket if you prefer a paper copy.

Use the CityPASS.
Admission: Simply show your CityPASS tickets at each attraction to gain admission. Unless otherwise stated, the ticket entitles the holder to one entry. Your group can split up and visit the attractions in any order; you should just make sure everyone has their ticket.
With your CityPASS tickets you can pass many queues, but on hectic days you may still have to queue and at some attractions you may have to go through security. Please be sure to read the information on your tickets and note that some attractions may validate your CityPASS ticket and issue you with your own ticket.
If you have CityPASS ticket booklets, please do not remove the perforated tickets, otherwise they will be considered voided. Leave them in the booklet, the professionals at the attractions will then separate them out.
Validity & Expiration:Your CityPASS tickets are valid for 9 consecutive days from the first day of use so you can visit the attraction at your own pace. And you have one year from the date of purchase to start using your CityPASS tickets.
Included in the price: Everything indicated in your CityPASS ticket is included in the price at no additional charge, i.e. you do not have to pay any surcharges at the entrance. Just show your CityPASS tickets and you’re in.
Your CityPASS tickets include one or more options where you can choose between two attractions. You don’t have to decide in advance what you want to see. Decide on the spot. If you want to see both alternatives, many of our selectable attractions offer exclusive discounts for CityPASS holders. Information about these discounts can be found with your tickets.
