Holiday camps, language trips, sports trips and day camps for children
Parents who are looking for an interesting way to find out where their child can spend their vacation are sure to find it at ReiseMesse. In summer, winter, spring or autumn – we have children’s trips in all seasons. We pay particular attention to the different interests of the children, because every trip has a specific topic. In addition to trips with a focus on circus or creativity, there are also sports trips such as climbing or surfing and language camps in English, Spanish and French.
We also have day camps where the children are taken in the morning and picked up again in the evening. The children’s trips are for children between 6 and 14 years. An average trip takes one week, but some children stay two weeks or more. So you can enjoy action, relaxation, exercise, relaxation and lots of entertainment for a little longer. Our holiday camps offer a varied and entertaining leisure program that gives the children space to help shape them. In addition to teaching and training times, the supervisors organize other group activities. In between, of course, leisure time is also planned, which the children can organize themselves.
Regardless of whether it is a language course, a sports trip or another holiday camp – accommodation and meals are included in all trips. This also applies to the leisure program and supervision. The latter is taken over by caregivers who have experience working with children and often have an educational background. These are available around the clock for the children and take care of their needs.

This is what travel participants say
Exercise is an important part of our children’s trips
A few decades ago, it was still a matter of course for many children to spend the afternoon outside with their friends. As soon as the homework was done, we went outside to the street, the playground, the park or the nearby forest. This street game culture has declined sharply since then, because traffic has increased significantly in the city, there is less and less open space to play and some areas are too unsafe. Many parents are reluctant to leave their children alone in the city.
This is particularly problematic when the holidays are coming up and the children, if they are a bit older, are left to fend for themselves during the day. Many then withdraw on computers, tablets, smartphones or spend hours in front of the television. Holiday camps counteract this dilemma, because there are a lot of exciting things to experience and the children are in a lot of motion. It goes without saying that the children are active on sports trips. They have regular training here when they go surfing, diving, sailing, playing football or climbing. But movement is also an important part of language courses and other holiday camps.
For all other children’s trips there are also activities such as night hikes, treasure hunts, swimming in summer, nature hikes, table tennis tournaments, geocaching and much more. In addition, the children also have free time that they can organize themselves. Then the leisure facilities of the accommodation are at your disposal such as soccer field, football table, common room with sitting area and games or a playground. So even more possibilities to really let off steam. Finally there are other children in the camp and so they always find a playmate.
The children develop team spirit, creativity and their independence
Children between the ages of 6 and 14 travel together at the children’s holiday camp. In order for the children to get along well, certain social skills are required, which the young travelers can expand and improve through their stay. In addition to communication skills and willingness to compromise, consideration and trust in one another are important skills. Respectful interaction with one another is of course also required. If the age range within a camp is very large, the children will of course be divided again. This makes leisure activities, language lessons or room occupancy easier.
Nevertheless, the children can also engage in cross-age activities in their free time. Everyday tasks such as brushing your teeth, tidying up rooms, setting the table and dressing for the weather may still be a challenge, especially for very young children. If necessary, the supervisors are at your side with advice and action. Nevertheless, the children should manage the tasks as independently as possible. This particularly promotes their independence and the handling of unusual situations. Quite a few learn here for the first time what it is like if the parents do not put their clothes ready, make the bed or clear the table every day.
All summer camps and holiday camps are in the middle of nature or at least not far away. This offers children from the city in particular the opportunity to experience nature with all their senses. During geocaching they discover the local flora and fauna, shape Something creative from collected natural materials, build a forest hut or bow and arrow. Depending on the location, there is not only forest near the camp, but also the sea or the mountains. Then there are other opportunities for leisure activities. These experiences of nature are no longer a matter of course for many children today. During the children’s trip, the children experience interesting things in nature and thus also encourage their creativity.
Relaxation and relaxation are not neglected either
Action during the holidays is all well and good. But being around the clock with full power all the time can be a bit exhausting in the long run. That is why there are of course times in the holiday camp when the children can rest or quiet activities take place. At the lake or pool, the children can lie down comfortably or play cards.
Also outside The children can rest on the lawn, in the common room or in the room. This usually involves a midday rest or the evening hours when some children want to go to bed a little earlier and retire to their room. Of course, the children can also rest in between when it is too tiring for them. The group activities are also designed so that action-packed and quieter activities alternate with one another.
For example, there is a handicraft lesson, reading evening or afternoon of games, where the children can take it easy. It’s best to take a look around on our website. You will definitely find one or two exciting holiday camps during the holidays that are also interesting for your child. Maybe we’ll see you in the next vacation!
