The prejudice that looks fair-fashioned like potato sacks is long gone. With Twothirds, where I bought a T-shirt a while ago, there is a great alternative to the conventional brands. Currently I love retro sweaters. I like the fabric quality and look forward to wearing it regularly in the winter.

I have renewed my entire wardrobe since I know twothirds. I love monochrome garments or very simple ones. Twothirds uses wonderful colors that reflect the colors of nature. The materials are high quality and feel wonderful on the skin. I hope they stay true to their Scandinavian style. In addition there is the production according to order, the sustainability and the fair production. It does have its price, but you do not need much to combine different styles. Great!

I had to wait a long time for my order (ok, pre-order, I understand …), to find out that the clothes were super bad, that they were different from what they looked in the photos and I had to send the bulk back. At your own expense, also ok. Instead of a reply, refund or other, I received a “voucher”, which was also not over the entire amount of the return. I write since August (!) In regular intervals to the customer service and just get no answer!

Not only that I do not feel taken seriously, but also:
1. gem. European consumer protection the buyer has a right to a refund if he sends back within 14 days
2. It leaves a flippant taste when reading TwoThirds’ Return Policies that Pre-Order and Sale products are excluded from redemption and offer them EXCLUSIVELY under such categories
3. It simply has nothing / zero to do with sustainability, if such business practices leave more clothes unworn in the closet.

Really a pity, I really liked the online presence and the idea behind the label; but for obvious reasons, I strongly advise against ordering there!
