OUR ROOMS
Such a flexible space is rare:
3 different function rooms and a large foyer – all together or individually usable. In addition, a generous visitor wardrobe in the entrance area with box office (CTS Eventim), modern WC areas and production offices as well as artists’ dressing rooms with daylight.
The Great Hall (variant without seating)
View of the stage: With a capacity of 1,000 people in the unfitted version, it is the heart of the market hall. With its round arched stage and the step arrangement of an amphitheater, the hall guarantees event experiences with a clear view that will be remembered. If required, the upper gallery can be separated with a black curtain, so that the non-seating variant can be adapted to approx. 600 visitors. The stage offers plenty of space with a width of 13m and a depth of 7m. The sound system is up-to-date with the L-Acoustics system and delivers a bombastic clear sound. The sound is controlled via a digital F.O.H. console from Midas. It is networked with the digital monitor console (also Midas) to provide the best possible working conditions for the technicians. The lighting has been completely modernized and supplemented with LED moving lights and is controlled by a Grand MA 2 Ultralite. The mixing desk (F.O.H.) for sound and light can be flexibly positioned and resized to provide maximum flexibility for the productions. The large hall has an event area of 400 sqm.

In the seating option, a visitor capacity of 625 seats can be set up.
The art space (variant of the unpretuhlt- look at the stage)
The Kunstraum (300 people chaired / 250 people seated) has a lot and can do a lot: stage with curtain, dance floor, own bar, slide-screens and a permanently installed light and sound system. The strength of the 350 square meter art space lies in its flexibility: The art space is often used for large productions as an additional backstage area, production office or catering area for big travel parties. Upon request, the daylight-suitable art space can be darkened.

In addition, the Kunstraum is also gladly used as an after-show or VIP area for events in the large hall. Due to the separate access, guests can be led directly into the art room and have direct access to the Great Hall via the rear access.
The MarX (variant without seating)
For the classic club concert or panel discussions for up to 200 guests, the MarX offers in the un-seated version. In the seated variant, the MarX can be used with up to 70 seats. The MarX is equipped with an analogue PA and light system and can also be used as an additional baking room or further production office.
The foyer
Here the guests meet before it starts or when it’s over: the spacious foyer is the ideal place to stay for the visitors. The large counter is designed to be open from all sides, so as not to cause long waiting times even at sold-out events.
The toilet areas for visitors
Clean toilet areas are extremely important to us: Our toilet areas have been completely renovated and expanded to include a wheelchair-accessible toilet and additional ladies’ toilets to meet today’s demands.
The visitor wardrobe
Our large wardrobe offers enough space for up to 1,000 jackets and coats. The box office, which is connected to the ticket system of CTS Eventim, is located right next to the entrance to the cloakroom. Spontaneous guests can still get tickets and the organizer has a market-based system that they can rely on.
The production kitchen
What is more beautiful than satisfied artists and guests who can get a freshly prepared meal? Our production kitchen offers the possibility of providing fresh food to the artists, crew and visitors. This is ensured by our in-house caterer with his two cooks.
The backstage wardrobe
The backstage area with daylight and direct access to the stage, new WC, showers, and catering area.
BOOKING
Once on stage, where AC / DC, Metallica or Nirvana rocked the house? The list of various acts from all music genres from rock to pop, from soul and blues to hip hop and indie to hard rock and countless other styles is long.
Comedy, readings and songwriters have their place in our program as well as the diversity of metal or punk. Also the local scene, young bands, underground or scene acts, bands like Blumfeld, Kettcar or Madsen found and find in the market hall a suitable location with heart, history and professional support. An experienced team is available as well as sound and lighting technology.
No matter if you want to organize your concert yourself or if you would like to organize the event in cooperation with us – with us a lot is possible!

RENTAL
The flexibly bookable fully equipped rooms allow a variety of uses for a wide variety of occasions and corporate events. In this way we can realize events of urban cult character on almost all occasions in our traditional house.
Whether congress, marketing and customer loyalty event, product launch or award ceremony, company anniversary or company celebration – our premises provide the desired framework. The detailed listings of sound and lighting technology can be viewed in the Venuespecs.
With us you will find comprehensive services: We take care of the technology, organize the catering of your guests and ensure on the day of the event for a smooth flow.
Upon request, we provide our partners with the complete service for a professional event: from programming through lighting, recording and sound technology to catering, marketing, ticketing, assembly and dismantling, security staff and all-round support on the day of the event.
