The cleaning of vehicles in our automatic car wash is based on the following conditions:
1) the instructions for use / operating instructions / entry instructions as well as any instructions given by the staff must be strictly observed.
2) before entering the wash bay, all loose attachments such as carriers and antennas are to be removed from the vehicle by the customer. windows, doors and covers must be closed and outside mirrors must be folded in.
3) the customer is required to point out to the staff before cleaning any special features on their vehicle such as trim, loose bumpers, stickers, and areas that have already been damaged, repainted, or painted over.
4) the customer’s vehicle is filmed prior to washing. The esenser vehicle care center assumes no liability for pre-existing damage.
5) the staff has to reject all vehicles where, due to special circumstances obvious to the staff, the use of the washing system can lead to damage.
6) the esenser vehicle care center guarantees a proper and gentle cleaning of the vehicles according to the state of the art of the washing plant technology. the customer must assert any claims for rectification due to insufficient cleaning immediately after leaving the washing facility.
7) claims for compensation due to obvious damage that occurred despite proper use of the washing system can only be asserted by the customer if the damage was reported to the responsible system manager before leaving the premises.
