Everything else you should know
with us: one price and you’re done. so that you can start your vacation right away, our prices already include the most important vacation utensils: complete kitchen equipment with everything that belongs to it (pots, pans, bowls, dishes, glasses, cutlery, kitchen cutlery, coffee maker) and all useful accessories for outside (drive-up wedges, cable reel, water hose, dustpan and broom, small rotary clothes dryer) as well as camping table and chairs and a bicycle rack. In our prices is of course a fully comprehensive insurance with 1.000€ deductible and a europe protection cover included. All further information and questions can be found here in our FAQ.
you can pick up your camper from us monday to saturday between 09:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
You will receive your camper with an empty fresh water tank (and of course waste water tank, boiler and toilet), a full gas bottle and a full tank of gas.
The return of your van will be Monday to Saturday between 09:00 – 12:00 hrs.
Please return your camper to us with an empty fresh and waste water tank, empty boiler, fully refueled and cleaned (inside and outside).
after the written booking confirmation has been issued, a deposit of 20% of the rental price must be paid within seven days.
The remaining rental price must be paid at least 20 days before the start of the rental period. If the machine is rented at short notice (less than 20 days), the entire rental price is due immediately.
our rental prices are for a minimum rental period of 3 days in low season and 12 days in high season
our campers are fully comprehensive and partially comprehensive insured with a deductible of 1 each.000 € per claim. If you want to take out additional insurance, we recommend the following insurance:

The insurance includes:

– rebooking protection. In the event of a change of booking, the costs due for the change of booking will be reimbursed up to a maximum of € 50.00 per insured person.
– content protection. property coverage for the personal luggage in the camper in case of destruction or loss with a maximum of 5.000 € with a deductible of 50,00 €.
– deposit protection. In the event of a claim, the coverage corresponds to a deductible reduction insurance with a maximum reimbursement of up to 1.000 EUR and an own deductible of 250 €.

The camper carefree package must be taken out at least 30 days before the start of the trip. If you book your trip at short notice within 30 days before the start of the trip, the insurance cover must be taken out on the day of booking or on the following day at the latest. Maximum trip duration 42 days.
