Zdftivi - free app brings children's series to tablets and smartphones

With the new one ZDFtivi media library app can our kids can now watch ZDF children’s series and children’s shows via app on their smartphone or tablet. Since the beginning of the week, the ZDFtivi app has been offered free of charge and ad-free for Android and as a universal app for Apple iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. We have looked at the possibilities of the app and now tell you what the ZDFtivi app can – and what not.

Online children’s videos on demand

The presents clearly and invitingly ZDFtivi app Children’s and youth programs from ZDF the latest 7 days in full length. Without an internet connection, the kids unfortunately look into the tube. Unfortunately, the app does not offer an offline function, but this was not really to be expected either. The app is primarily intended to provide secure access to child-friendly Contents of the Enable ZDF media library. Of course, you can recommend the new ZDFtivi app free of charge, without advertising and clearly. The implementation is neat, if not perfect. As can be seen from some reviews in the Google Play Store, some of the videos on Android devices cannot be tilted horizontally. However, this error did not occur on our iPad and iPhone.

In addition to full-length series episodes, when browsing, you stumble across something relatively weak filling material. We cannot do anything with short flashbacks or even pure series of children’s programs. We therefore recommend that you go directly to the menu item "Programs of the last 7 days", where you will only be presented with full programs.
