Detian Waterfall
Location: Detian Village, Shuolong Town, Daxin County, Chongzuo City, Guangxi, China
The Detian Waterfall connects China and Vietnam, joining the Ban Gioc Waterfall on the Vietnamese side. With over 200 meters in width and over 60 meters in vertical height, it is considered the largest transnational waterfall in Asia and the fourth largest transnational waterfall in the world.

Location: Mingshi Village, Daxin County, Chongzuo City, Guangxi
Covering 20 square kilometers, Mingshi Scenic Area features a typical karst landscape, rice fields, and Zhuang minority villages. Green peaks, clear waters, wooden bridges, and dotted rustic farmhouses compose a peaceful and charming place that is isolated from the noisy world, thus it is hailed as the “seclusion for anchorites”.

Maoer Mountain (Kitten Mountain)
Location: Xing’an County, Guilin City, Guangxi, China
Maoer Mountain is the highest mountain in South China with the main peak being about 2,142 meters (7,028 feet) in height, and named after the summit looking like a lying cat. It’s the birthplace of over 35 rivers and the main source of the Li River. It’s also a vast natural reserve home to plenty of wild animals and plants and a natural oxygen bar to relax your body and mind.
It’s an ideal summer resort as it’s quite cool on the mountain top even on the hot summer days, and also one of the best places to enjoy gorgeous snow views in South China as it becomes a total snowy world when heavy snow comes in winter.
You can walk along well-built wooden walkways through primeval luxuriant forests near the summit to admire the spectacular scenery. In perfect weather, you may have the chance to marvel at the fantastic sunrise over the mountain.
Preparing thick clothes for a visit is recommended, as the temperature difference between the bottom and the top of the mountain is huge. For overnight, you can stay in hotels or camp in the mountain.
Tongling Grand Canyon

Tongling Grand Canyon, located near the Sino-Vietnamese border, is a natural wonderland consisting of spectacular gorges, verdant cliffs, mysterious caves and tunnels, magnificent waterfalls, running streams, an underground river, a rainforest, and a variety of vibrant valuable ancient plants. It is like a beautiful scar on the planet and a wonderful place to marvel at the Wonder of Nature.
A splendid waterfall in Tongling Grand Canyon
You can walk down the narrow stairs to a large and cool cavern to watch various-shaped stalactites and hear the roar of an underground river; venture through a lush tropical forest into several gorges and see dramatic waterfalls hanging on vaulted cliffs.
