You will assume central responsibility on the one hand for the process development of spare parts – and transport logistics as part of our tool repair service for our customers and on the other hand for global logistics projects in the field of aftermarket services.

What does the role involve?
As entrepreneurial Business Partner located in Bebra you will be accountable for the improvement process of the end-to-end supply chain for the warehouse/transport logistics in the regional distribution centers, the regionally organized material planning for the spare parts as well as the transport logistics for the worldwide repair service centers. As Spare Parts Process manager you are responsible for the preparation, coordination, and execution of test within the service region locations in S4/HANA and ByD, being in close exchange with the service regions, global logistics and IT. In doing so, you will document the processes and IT systems according to Hilti standards. Defining Lean standards and their implementation, as well as training the spare parts relevant logistics processes in the global locations of the service regions is also part of your tasks.

What you need is:
- Completed technical or economic studies
- Relevant professional experience in technical service and logistics with commercial aspects
- Expert knowledge of multi-stream logistics and equipment service processes, in-depth knowledge of project management methods
- Experience with SAP R3, ByD and Business Warehouse in logistics environment, material planning, transportation, warehousing and customs handling.
- Experience in MS-Office
- Empathy, implementation and communication skills especially in other cultures
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Fluent in English, further language skills are an advantage
