T-Mobile Park (formerly Safeco Field) is home to the MLB’s Seattle Mariners. Game day parking can be a challenge for packed games. Check out our guide for the best parking locations and prices we could find!
Official T-Mobile Park Parking Garages

Mariners Garage – Located just south of the stadium at the intersection of Edgar Martinez Drive and First Avenue, this garage has over 2,000 parking spaces. Drive-up parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is a great parking option for those who value convenience. Charter bus parking in this garage by calling 206-346-4001 at least 10 days ahead of time.
CenturyLink Event Center Garage – This garage is nearly identical to the T-Mobile Park Garage, but located on the north side of the stadium.
Union Station Garage (South) – Looking for a bit of a deal? This garage is for you. Head to 820 4th Ave for covered parking. This garage is a half mile walk to the ballpark.

Tailgating at T-Mobile Park
Tailgating is not permitted in the stadium’s garages.
Public Transit to T-Mobile Park
Sound Transit Take the Sounder trains to King Street Station (just a short walk to T-Mobile Park) on select weekend day games. You can also take Link light rail or ST Express bus service to T-Mobile Park every home game. Visit the Sound Transit Website for more information.
T-Mobile Park Handicap Parking
Handicap parking is available at T-Mobile Park Garage. These spaces are available for pre-purchase, with game day options on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles must have a state-issued disabled hang tag or license plate. Pre-purchase parking by calling 206-346-4001.
