And there, she adds personal touches with artful ideas in her cuisine: she creates downright delightful experiences with an inspired, varied and very personal touch. Yet a number of their menus are based on classic French recipes and seasonal produce. Among other things, it aims to send guests on an imaginary journey of the varied culinary character of different French regions.
