Google Keep is a free tool for capturing and organizing text such as memos and notes, images, audio files, and other files in one place. It can be considered an organization or sharing tool, as well as a take-home, school, or work note-taking tool.

Google Keep can integrate with other Google apps and utilities you may already be using in Google Drive, e.g. B. Google Docs and Gmail. It's available on the web and in apps for mobile devices running Android and iOS.

Sign in to Google to search Google Keep for Web

On your computer, use a browser to access Google.com to access.

Log in and switch to the top right corner of the screen 9-square icon. Click on it and choose More or Even More from the menu. Scroll down and click on Google Keep app.

In addition to the web, you can access Google Keep apps for Chrome, Android and iOS through the following popular app marketplaces:

Customize the annotation color in Google Keep

Think of a note as a loose roll of paper. Google Keep is simple and does not provide folders to organize those notes.

Color code the organization of your notes instead. To do so, click on the painter's palette icon associated with a particular note.

Create a checkbox in Google Keep

From an Android tablet, take a picture of a section of text and convert it to a note thanks to optical character recognition. Need to set a traditional reminder to time? Select the small hand icon at the bottom of a note and set a reminder for date and time for the note.

Sync notes across devices in Google Keep

Sync notes across your devices and web versions of Google Keep. This feature is helpful for keeping all those notes and reminders up to date, but also makes sure you have a backup. As long as your devices are logged into your Google account, syncing is automatic and seamless.
