The advantages of a classic hard shell case an a soft pack bag are brought together in our design:
MAXIMUM PROTECTION AND MINIMUM WEIGHT
The fragile areas are optimally protected by intelligent reinforcing elements (polycarbonate covers, moulded EVA shell cases, PE boards and rods, foam padding)for the neuralgic points.
OPTIMAL FORCE DISTRIBUTION
As the frame is positioned upright, the areas of the bike that can take stress (saddle, saddle post, down tube, front set, head tube, fork) are actively used to deflect pressure from the exterior.
EASY TRANSPORTATION
The wheel compartments and the major part of the frame weight are in the rear section of the bag, which means that the centre of gravity is located over the wide and stable trolley parts. Because of this, it is extremely easy to pull the BIKE TRAVEL BAGS; and the multiple and usefully positioned handles make handling easier when loading the bike.
COLLAPSIBLE
The GRP rods and plastic rods can be dismantled, so the BIKE TRAVEL BAGS can be folded up and stowed away.

1) 2 SEPARATE WHEEL COMPARTMENTS ON THE SIDES
The stabiliser rods over the tyres and rims distribute pressure from the exterior over the side areas, so spokes or brake discs aren’t bent. Several plastic plates prevent the axles of the wheels from protruding through the material.
2) EXTRA WIDE UNDERCARRIAGE WITH ADDITIONAL HANDLE
The impact-protected undercariage with the smoothly running, soft skate wheels ensures a safe transport and prevents tilting. The additional handle enables you to lift the bag securely when loading it.
3) REINFORCED FORK MOUNT
The fork is mounted to the rigid foam block with paddings. The fork ends are additionally protected by a plastic plate in the bottom.

P600 D PU coated
A very durable fabric for high-abrasion areas, it is also tear-resistant and lightweight while absorbing almost no moisture. Combining these characteristics, it’s the perfect material for high-stress pockets or backpack base constructions.
Woven PE
Extremely lightweight, tear-resistant and highly water-repellent fabric which is used as protective lining material.
