The centerpiece of Hidalgo Suites & Restaurant is the eponymous restaurant Mattivi opened over 35 years ago. Here, residents, regular guests and vacationers meet in a discreetly relaxed atmosphere and watch how the high-performance grill cooks the finest international meat specialties at 900° Celsius or how wonderful pasta and risotto dishes are prepared in the open kitchen. In the midst of the noble, Japanese-inspired ambience, you can taste what is probably the most expensive meat in the world in a room next to the main restaurant – and in a direct comparison. As a highlight of the multi-course menu, original Kobe Beef, Japanese Wagyū and South Tyrolean Wagyū are served side by side on one plate. The fine delicacies come in the form of butter-tender slices that melt in the mouth and give the guest an unforgettable taste experience. Definitely a must see for any meat lover!
