Drink plenty of fluids, get plenty of shade, wear airy clothing

These rules apply not only to adults, but even more so to babies and young children. Because they are particularly sensitive to high temperatures. Newborns and babies who are breastfed are well hydrated through breastfeeding in every case. "In general, breastfeeding is sufficient even in hot weather. But it's important to nurse the baby on demand, not on a fixed schedule.
