Essential Apps that Every Traveler Needs

Essential Apps that Every Traveler Needs

I LIVE by this app. Maps.me allows you to download maps straight to your phone so you can navigate while offline. It’s easy to use, and it sure does save you from scouring McDonald’s for free wi-fi.

TripIt

TripIt organizes all of your flight information in one place. You can link the app to your inbox, and the app scans your email for flight and hotel reservations, then automatically adds your itinerary. My favorite feature of the app is how it shows how long your flight is, even when you’re offline. I love when I take a 3 hour flight and can see that I have 32 minutes left without having to calculate time zones in my head. read more
