Location in Mallorca

The place Can Picafort is in the north of Mallorca, Palma de Mallorca is about an hour’s drive away. This comfortably and tastefully furnished finca is in an ideal location, just a few kilometers from Can Picafort, on an approximately 11,000 m² natural site. This finca, built in a typical Mallorcan style, is in a very quiet location and is suitable for 12 people (max. 16 people; 4 more sleeping options available on request for a fee).
There is a kilometer-long sandy beach between Port d’Alcudia and the family-friendly resort of Can Picafort. The forested hinterland is ideal for walks and bike rides. The wide promenade of Can Picafort with numerous restaurants and cafés invites you to stroll. From here you have a beautiful view of the crescent-shaped bay. The easy accessibility of different cities also offers good conditions for one varied vacation.

Furnishing

The approximately 275 m² living space is spread over two floors. The very tastefully decorated house presents itself with a large living and dining room, in which there is a satellite TV, a large dining table and an exit to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all important kitchen appliances, such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and much more. An exit leads to a back yard with herbs and vegetables.
The ground floor has three bedrooms; two of them are equipped with two single beds, the other has a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub on this floor. The upper floor houses two bedrooms with two single beds each and another room with a double bed and bathroom en suite. This bathroom and another on the floor have a bathtub.

The outdoor area includes various garden furniture, such as a table with chairs, and a large, built-in grill that invites you to eat outside. The spacious, well-tended garden property with deck chairs offers plenty of space to relax. If you are looking for shade, you can linger on one of the covered terraces. The heart of the outdoor complex is the huge swimming pool with salt cleaning. A table is available for table tennis fans to play with (don’t forget rackets and balls). A children’s playground and a beautiful view of the rural surroundings with fields and mountains complement the comfort of this spacious finca.

Up to 4 extra beds can be provided on request for a fee. For the cooler months, heating can be used on request for a fee, payable locally based on usage (Euro 1, – / liter). Electricity according to consumption (Euro 0.30 / kw). A deposit of EUR 300 is payable on site. If you arrive after 10 p.m., an extra fee of EUR 35 will be charged.

The finca is about 2 km from the sea and 3 km from the sandy beach. Shops and restaurants are around 2 km away. Tennis courts (3 km) and a diving center (4 km in the area
