(1) For apprentices who have been granted the benefit of training support pursuant to § 7 (1) by 31 July 2016 after having already obtained a university degree, this provision shall continue to be applied until the end of the training period in the version valid until 31 July 2016. For apprentices whose approval period commenced before 1 August 2016, § 45 (1) sentence 2 point 6 shall continue to be applied until the end of the training section in the version valid until 31 July 2016.
(2) The §§ 2, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 13a, 14b, 15, 17, paragraph 3, the §§ 18c, 21, 23, 25, 41, 47a, 50, 56 and 60, number 3 in the by Article 1 of the Law of 8 July 2019 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 1048) as amended shall not apply until 1 August 2019, unless otherwise specified below.
(3) § 17 (2), §§ 18, 18a, 18b, 18d, 58 and 60 (2), as amended by Article 1 of the Law of 8 July 2019 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 1048), are only effective from 1 September 2019 unless otherwise specified below.
(4) For approval periods which started before 1 August 2019, Sections 11, 12, 13, 13a, 14b, 17 (3), Sections 18c, 21, 23, 25, 41, 47a, 50, 56 and 60 para. 3 in the version applicable until 31 July 2019, subject to the second sentence. As of 1 October 2019, sections 12, 13, 13a, 14b, 21, 23 and 25 in the version applicable from 1 August 2019 shall also be applicable for approval periods which commenced before 1 August 2019. In the case of repayment of the loans, the provision of § 21a in the version in force as of 1 August 2019, as amended from 1 August 2019, shall already apply from 1 September 2019, contrary to sentence 1.
(5) For trainees who have been granted funding for attending a state academy prior to August 1, 2019, which awards degrees that are equivalent to university degrees under state law, § 15 (2) sentence 1 and § 50 are until the end of this training section Paragraph 2, sentence 4, as in force on 31 July 2019. Section 18 (4) sentence 1 in the version applicable from 1 September 2019 shall apply to them provided that only point 2 is to be applied.
(6) For borrowers granted prior to September 1, 2019, promotion under § 17 (2) sentence 1 in the version applicable on August 31, 2019, this provision, § 18 with the exception of paragraph 3 sentence 1 and paragraph 5c as well as § 18a Apply paragraph 5, §§ 18b, 58 (1) (3) and § 60 (2), as in force on 31 August 2019; this also applies insofar as the support services are also provided beyond 31 August 2019.
(7) Borrowers who have been granted funding under § 17 in a version in force before 1 September 2019, with the exception of bank loans under § 18c, may, within six months of that date, request written or electronic statements to the Federal Office of Administration in that the repayment of the entire loan is subject to the application of § 18 (12) and § 18a in the version applicable on 1 September 2019. For borrowers who have exceeded the repayment period of 20 years stated therein, sentence 1 shall apply with the proviso that for the adoption pursuant to § 18 (12) sentence 1 in the version applicable from 1 September 2019 the conditions for the entire period prior to utterance of the desire must have been present.
(8th) Notwithstanding § 18 (3) sentence 1 and § 18c (6) and (7), the rate is until 31 March 2020 105 euros.
