Cape coral emigrate and what you should know

Cape Coral emigrate

An emigration to Cape Coral in Florida should be well planned

Emigrate to Cape Coral

Emigrating to Cape Coral is for many a dream and a wish who has ever rented a holiday home there. The lure is certainly very large and you have almost year-round warm temperatures and lots of sunshine. You do not know this from Germany and if you are a pensioner and have a lot of time then you will certainly come up with this idea very quickly.

Spend pension in Florida

Why not spend the pension in the sunny state of Florida when the weather is cold. Meanwhile, many Germans have realized this dream and live permanently in Cape Coral. It is estimated that there are around 40,000. Some of them are only there for a few months and others are in this beautiful city all year round.

visa

Of course you need a residence permit to stay there permanently. With one tourist visa for the USA entry is allowed maximum 90 days go on holiday there. For many owners of a holiday home this is enough and these are then not long on site. Others, however, want to stay longer and pensioners, for example, have the option B2 visa to apply where you can up to 180 days allowed to stay in the US. If that’s still not enough for you, it’s important to stay there to stay and work.

Capital necessary

If you want to emigrate to Cape Coral then you usually need a lot of money so you can pay the running costs for the villa. These are not exactly low and in an average holiday home are the annual running costs around the $ 20,000. If you still live in the house then you have no rental income and can credit them. For the Florida dream you need enough capital to afford it.

Certainly you can also work in the US with an employer. But in Florida, there are not as many jobs as you would imagine. There are a lot of pensioners living there and that is why most of the jobs are in the service industry. Usually these are not very well paid and that is often not enough to cover the running costs.

Working in Florida

Another possibility would be to start a business and start a business and employ several American citizens. That’s one investor visa and many Germans own this in Cape Coral. But you also have to work very hard for it and then can not lie all day on the beach and enjoy the sun what you can imagine. So if you do not have the financial resources, it’s not that easy to emigrate to Florida. Many Germans have already tried that and then they failed after a few months or a year because the money just ran out. It is also important that you have enough starting capital to stay there.

With my wife, I have now put my dream into action and we both emigrated to Cape Coral in the spring of 2016. Previously we have had our own holiday home for many years. This we had always rented to tourists.

Now we use this ourselves the whole year. We were tired of cold weather. Florida has a pleasant climate and we can sit on the terrace all year round. That’s how you imagine the pension.

But you have to pay attention to a lot. This applies to the visa and health insurance.

Hello Maria and Johann,
we also dream about how to stay there permanently 65 retirees u i 62 have a real estate agency in Germany and do not want to work 10 to 1h hours a day, 3 kids stay here, can you tell us what else we can do with it we can stay there permanently, how are you doing this? Health insurance please more info … .Where do you live in FLORIDA? For all the information we are thousandfold thankful Patricia

We live directly in Cape Coral where we have always vacationed. The most important thing first is having enough capital. It’s all very tempting there, but you have to be able to afford it. The health insurance is also very expensive and the food. Significantly more expensive than in Germany.

But the sun every day and heat are priceless for that !!

greetings
Johann and Maria

I also plan to emigrate to Cape Coral because of the climate
The sun is really good for me there !!

I also intend to do that as a longtime Floridafan. Can someone give tips? Am 54years old and have experience in caring for and taking care of children. Are there any job opportunities??

I do not see much opportunity in nursing. But looking after children is always in demand. Many wealthy people live there. They always have a nanny and they have to look after the children there.
