There has to be movement in the children’s room!

– Design children’s room this way,
that they grow with them

– Children’s furniture with a feel-good factor
and full of adventure

– Colors for family peace

Children’s rooms need more feel-good ambience, that’s my creed. I set up children’s rooms, taking psychological aspects into account and using an emotional approach. My advice is based on an intensive process of getting to know each other, in which parents and children are integrated. The adults learn which room in the apartment is particularly suitable for the little ones. I am keenly aware of the fact that the environment in which a child plays, learns and sleeps affects its physical and psychological development. In my experience, children have very different demands on living than we do. "They are looking for security, need orientation and order systems and want to be able to give in to their urge to move." I focus on making children’s rooms flexible so that the room can be changed quickly depending on age.

Designing children’s rooms can be difficult. This applies to very large rooms as well as to very small ones, for those with low ceilings in the basement and for those with great heights. Difficulty falling asleep, difficulty concentrating and hyperactivity can be exacerbated by disadvantageous rooms. In such cases, there is an immediate need for action to no longer endanger the healthy development of the children. On my website see photos, floor plans and color concepts of children’s rooms that are fun and look like an adventure land.

In my opinion, colors, shapes and choice of materials decisively determine the child’s feel-good factor. Children are sensitive and react immediately, if we consciously perceive their needs, we bring harmony into everyday life. Together with the parents, I plan the right children’s room design. In addition to the color and design concept, I also hand over the corresponding shopping lists for material and children’s furniture. The implementation can be done on your own or with the support of me.

I am a mother myself. The birth of my son was the decisive factor for me to turn professionally to the topic of children’s room design. I am particularly impressed by how positively changes in the children’s room are perceived for the entire family life!

My clientele also includes celebrities from the show business. The parents I support are enthusiastic about the practical storage space in the new children’s room or that the child finally wants to sleep in their own bed. My greatest wish is: to do good for the families. The people whose home I design should be able to identify with the rooms. That is why I deliberately collect notes and information in the planning discussions that open up a variety of perspectives on the wishes of customers and their children. I used colors, for example, to allow very active children to rest and to mobilize the less active. But I also achieve a balanced design by avoiding visual unrest and integrating well-thought-out classification systems.
