Trouble with the letter

I had a vehicle financing with this "bank", that should be paid by the buyer of the vehicle. Sounds simple.

Therefore, only providers who offered a total repayment came into question for me.

Besides ING, which I consider to be a very good online bank, the PSD banks stood out with their offers. The interest rates mostly ranged from 2.79% to 3.49%. All the more expensive ones fell through the cracks.

Another criterion that was important to me: conditions that are not dependent on creditworthiness.

Customer before conclusion ING autokredit with 2.49% effective

The idea of financing my planned car purchase with a car loan has received new impetus.

ING offers this just with fabulous 2.49% effective (target interest rate 2.46%). The offer is limited to 14. April 2019. Whether it will be extended, about it ING would not comment. Tendency: rather not. The interest rate is the same for everyone. That’s quite a word, because for more than half of the applicants, it’s not the much advertised effective interest rate that applies, but a much higher one that often even exceeds the 3% mark. As it is called then: creditworthiness dependent.

However, this does not mean that the customer has been rejected. Of course, the bank can not avoid to comply with its regularities and to obtain information about the applicant from the credit bureaus schufa, creditreform or whatever they are called. They do not want to give someone the money without having determined the corresponding risks beforehand. Who has a negative score there, will hardly get the loan. Also not to another interest rate, because the 2.49% as already mentioned apply to all. So it is: hop or top.

The net loan amounts start at 5.000,– euro and ends at max. 50.000,– euro. the terms range from 24 to 84 months. The loan amount can be called within 3 months after approval has been given. If the loan is not called, it expires.

The online calculator helps you calculate your monthly rate.

The application can be made online via videoident or alternatively via the postident procedure with the alleged disadvantage of having to visit a post office branch. Everyone must decide for himself. The bank advertises that it is faster with online signature and digital income check. I am still someone of the "old school" here and I will calmly gather the documents and submit them when I want to. Not when the bank tells me to do it. This is simply more relaxed for me. Super credit rating and yet no credit

Super bad ! I am a customer of ING and my credit rating is great. No problems with payments or loans had. Always paid on time. Now my current car is broken and I needed a new car. On the phone it was all great. The loan was provisionally confirmed without any problems. Since I unfortunately only had one surgery I could only send a pay stub. According to the nice man on the phone no problem. And then lo and behold. credit was rejected. Why ? No one can tell me. Only I was told that my credit rating is great and that they are aware of that. Um please. A contradiction in terms. For a car loan I was looking for favorable conditions. Online calculator for this there are enough. Collection for 2 missing installments, car is picked up

The santander consumer bank is really the very last. We had financed a car through this bank for 36 months in july 2015. We have 34 months without problems always paid on time, now we got a good 2 months ago the letter of the vehicle sent home by mail. My father made a mistake. Since the letter is there, he figured the financing was over and thus stopped the standing order with his bank. A week ago but now stood a hr. From the collection service in front of the door and demanded the 2 monthly installments immediately cash back and then gave my father 1 week time to pay.

I contacted him and tried to explain to him that we can not pay the complete 2 x 360 euro so 720 euro + collection costs immediately and if we can pay it in 2 monthly installments.

He immediately refused and now gave me an appointment for in 2 days, because he wants to pick up the car.

I had asked him if if they take the car we but evtl. Get a time frame in which we get it back when we have paid the 720 euros + collection fees. What he said blew my mind. He said that if he takes the car then that will be brought to essen to have it valued there. Then we would get a letter and if we want the car back we can buy it off for the assessed price. Now let’s be honest. Is this normal or am I ticking wrong. I have paid 34 months and do not say I do not pay. I only ask to have it paid in 2 installments. Installment loan for a car

I had an installment loan for a car at consorsbank. All installments (including the balloon installment) were of course always debited from my checking account on time. Topic KFZ letter – unfriendly service

We bought a 2 year old car on saturday and paid for it in full at the dealer! Since the vehicle was leased for 2 years, the original vehicle title was still with santander-bank! Contrary to opinions often read here I am satisfied. Poor customer service

We have 2 loans with the santander running. One for the car and one for the kitchen. Both are in each case mediated by the car dealer / furniture store. Application is fast and uncomplicated.

There are problems if you want to change something afterwards, even if it’s just to change your name (after marriage) or address. It gets very complicated when the account is changed. They still haven’t changed my name after 2 years and several letters. But when calling from the santanderbank I am rudely told that I have to change it. No one can tell me where my letters have remained. Even with a change of address no letters arrive with them. (by the way, not even if you tell them in writing that you don’t want any advertising).) even when I had used a return envelope that arrived with advertising for new loans, this allegedly did not arrive.

It gets worse when letters from the new bank do not arrive when changing accounts and reminder fees of 18 euros (for a loan) are charged. Also telephone message that the account has been changed did not work. And further reminder fees were threatened the next day. The calls come for over a week 1-2 times a day. Even if one calls from itself there, one is always treated very rudely. Basically, these conversations are also documented only the things that fit them in the stuff. And it is built up pressure that you agree by phone that amounts and reminder fees are simply debited. Also, no one could explain to me how the reminder fees come about and supposedly double within a weekend. But they don’t earn anything from me and therefore don’t have to respond to me (statement of the telephone operator). By the way, another telephone operator told me that they often have complaints because letters do not arrive, but it is definitely not their fault. It’s a pity that a bank places so little value on its customers and the polite and professional manner in which they are treated. The rates were at the time already long transferred.

Problems with car loan redemption

Problems in communication

I got my car loan through immediately. When I wanted to make one out of two loans, everything went without problems and quite friendly.

The santander bank has always received the loan installment on time at the first of the month. Now the problem begins!!

1. current account changed despite call there and confirmation, they had changed it the credit installment went from the santander current account / new address was also not changed!

I took out a loan with santander consumer bank to finance a car. Everything no problem and very quickly and friendly handled. Bad advice

So my car loan should have run for 2 more years. But by the high interest I wanted to trigger it rather. So I started in november to make a partial payment. After that the bank did not manage to deduct the normal rate in december (account was sufficiently covered). Why? No idea. Also did not get a reminder.

At the beginning of january I could redeem my car. So I called the bank and asked the remaining amount and instead of the required 379.20 € I accidentally transferred 380 €. After a week I called and asked if the money is received. Actually, I wanted to sell the car and ask when the letter comes. The woman said it would still be over 100 € open. I what huh? She said it would have received 329 € I no it has been 380 €.

Chaos / unprofessional
