1 Our range of services
1. we offer a childcare service for occasions where the little ones are looked after and entertained – no matter if they are 3 or 30 children. Our qualified care 4 kids team guarantees a varied and entertaining programme with a large repertoire of entertainment material.
2 In addition to our childcare, care 4 kids also offers play and craft kits, which can be booked separately. This includes a wide range of handicrafts and games for children of all ages. Everything a child’s heart desires for eventful, varied entertainment. In addition, the children are always very happy that they can take a made-up memory home.

With a card index of almost 200 babysitters and nannies, we guarantee a broad spectrum of great, multilingual personalities. Our nannies are just as individual as your personal needs. From all Swiss national languages over English, Portuguese up to Arabic and Swahili – our nannies understand you!
The multi-stage admission procedure of the supervisors and thorough clarification of needs guarantee professional cooperation. You are in the best of hands with us thanks to induction, further training and advice as well as legally secured contractual bases and liability insurance.
The selection process begins with a non-binding Nanny Meet Up. Candidates suitable for care 4 kids are invited to submit a complete application. After reviewing the application documents, the candidate will be invited for a detailed aptitude interview and introductory interview. This includes professional experience in childcare, education, profession, languages, hobbies and special interests. The carers are trained in their responsibilities, duties and behaviour. Standards for the avoidance of emergency situations and their handling are discussed. After the interview, at least three references of the supervisors are requested and checked personally. In addition, we require an extract from the Swiss Criminal Register and proof of any work permits required. After this thorough process, the candidate is included in the care 4 kids Nanny card index, provided that all requirements are met, and is therefore covered under care 4 kids for personal injury and property damage up to CHF 10 million.
- Relevant professional experience and a fully documented curriculum vitae are thoroughly checked and are prerequisites for a care 4 kids Nanny.
- Never leave children unattended, do not transfer responsibility to third parties or take children to unknown places without parental permission.
- Regular exchange in the form of an assessment of the current situation in favour of cooperation
- At the arrival of the carer and also at the return home of the parents: Communicate special events
- Never give medicine without first discussing it with your parents or doctor.
- Observance of data protection rules (no photos, neither of children, place of use, etc.)
- Well-groomed appearance, dress code depending on employment from sporty-elegant to casual
- On arrival, take off shoes, wash hands, possibly tie hair together.

5 Costs
The hourly wage per caregiver for the party service includes the wages of the caregivers, social security contributions, insurance, taxes, an agency fee and administrative costs. The client receives a final invoice. The care 4 kids play bag will be made available to children according to their wishes and number and will be charged additionally.
