Crafts easter in kindergarten – simple craft ideas for children

Easter in kindergarten

Brace figures

You need:

  • Working creatively
  • Pens (felt, crayons, crayons)

Easter egg cups

Crafts for Easter are very popular, especially with children. In this post we have put together some beautiful craft ideas that are very suitable for crafting at Easter in kindergarten. For example, conjure up small egg cups made of paper or a cardboard roll. With these instructions, you can create small decorative treasures with the children quickly and easily.

You need:

  • Construction paper, sample paper or paper scraps
  • Crepe paper in green and orange
  • Papp role
  • scissors
  • Craft glue or hot glue

  • small felt balls (pompoms)

Egg cup made of construction paper

Step 1: Take a piece of construction paper in the desired color and draw a 3 cm strip on it Height and 14 cm wide.

Tip: You can vary the height and width of the construction paper strip at any time and thus adapt it to the Adjust the shape of the egg. They create individually customized egg cups.

Step 2: Cut out the construction paper strip with scissors and then cut a few centimeters on both sides a few centimeters from the edges. Now insert both ends into each other at the incisions. So you can close the egg cup ring without using glue.

Tip: Alternatively, apply glue or hot glue to one end of the strip of construction paper and glue the strip together as a ring. For both versions, try the size of the paper ring for the egg beforehand.

Step 3: Now draw the rabbit ears in two different sizes on the construction paper. Then cut them out with scissors. A large and a smaller rabbit ear later form a rabbit ear.

Tip: First draw and cut open a rabbit ear and then use it as a template.

Step 4: Now glue the rabbit ears to the construction paper ring with glue or hot glue. Now give the bunny a face. Paint it with a black fiber pen.

Tip: Alternatively, you can also use loose eyes and felt balls for the face. Like the chick.

A small egg cup bunny is ready, which is just waiting to be filled with a brightly painted egg. Do the same with the chick egg cup. Glue the crepe paper in the color orange on the inside of the construction paper ring and then cut it into strips with scissors. Cut the beak triangularly out of a small piece of construction paper.

Cardboard roll egg cup

Step 1: To cut she with cardboard roll in strips for the cutter knife.

Tip: You can use a small pair of scissors to straighten the edges of the cardboard roll or cut them in a wave shape.

Step 2: Now use a little glue or hot glue to attach the green crepe paper to the inside of the roll. Then cut it into strips with scissors.

Tip: If you let the green crepe paper look out of the roll a little longer and then cut in, the blades of grass will be a little longer.

Step 3: Finally, glue some green crepe paper around the outside of the cardboard roll.

And whoosh, this fresh and juicy green variant of the egg cup is ready. The children will certainly find it really great when they are doing handicrafts at Easter in kindergarten. Tissue Paper Pictures

Since no great skill is required for this Easter handicraft, this project can be carried out with any age group. Something may need help with cutting out, but most people get to crumble paper. Easter can come!

You need:

  • Our handicraft template
  • Craft cardboard in different colors
  • Tissue paper in (2-3) different colors or crepe paper
  • PVA glue
  • scissors
  • pen
  • Moving eyes (best self-adhesive)

Variant 1: The Easter egg

Step 1: the body

Use our free template, print out and choose the right size. Use the template to create a stencil right away, because the printer paper is usually too thin to craft.

Cut many rectangles that are not too small from the tissue paper.
Then crumple them into balls, you can decide whether you want small solid balls or large delicious parts that can also be modeled.

Spread the egg over large areas with craft glue and decorate it with the colored balls made of tissue paper.

Now just let it dry and the Easter decoration egg is ready.

Variant 2: the chick

Step 1 & 2: See above

Step 3: the chick parts

For the beak, take a piece of cardboard of a different color and cut out a rectangle or a diamond. Fold the diagonally opposite tips together to form a triangle. The beak is ready.

Now feet and / or wings can still be cut out.

Step 4: the face

Glue the beak to the desired location with the opening facing down on the body. Now paint the eyes in the right place or glue on the loose eyes. Glue or tack the feet and wings to your chick.

Coat the chick with craft glue and spread the colorful tissue paper balls as you wish.

When the glue is dry, the Easter chick is also finished. You see, this technique is child’s play and shouldn’t be a problem for the little ones in kindergarten.

Bunny made of toilet paper

You need:

  • Cardboard roll from Klopaper
  • scissors
  • Working creatively
  • glue
  • Acrylic paints and brushes
  • markers

Manual:

Step 1: First you need our handicraft template. You can download and print them here:

Cut out the individual elements with scissors.

2nd step: Then transfer the outline in pencil to cardboard. Then these elements are also cut out.

Note: The cutting out of the template and the cardboard should be done by an adult.

3rd step: Now the cardboard elements and a cardboard roll from the toilet paper are painted in the desired color. Let the acrylic paint dry long enough.

Small paws are still painted on the rabbit’s hands and feet – small lines at the ends of the strips are sufficient.

4th step: Now the ears are attached to the cardboard roll from the inside.

5th step: Then bend the two strips around the roll, exactly as you want your arms and legs to look later. Then both strips are attached to the cardboard roll from behind.

6th step: All that’s missing now is fine-tuning – eyes, nose and mouth are two large, white rabbit teeth. You can either paint them or cut them out of construction paper and stick them on. The children will surely have a lot of fun painting the face. The sweet cardboard bunny is ready!
