The song “Wir kommen daher aus dem Morgenland” is one of the most famous songs of the star singers. But very few people know that the Kindermissionswerk Sternsinger publishes material with new Sternsinger songs every year. It contains notes and texts for the carers and children. 2018 is the song for the star singer action “Dafür”. It is written and composed by star singers for star singers. The song “Stern über Bethlehem” is one of the most popular Christmas and carol songs in Germany. Alfred Hans Zoller composed it in 1964 in the context of his choir work.
Three kings wander from the Orient
Three kings wander from the east, a starlet leads them to the Jordan beach, in Judah they ask and research the three where the newborn king is; they want to consecrate incense, myrrh and gold for sacrifice to the little child.
