environmental bonus – what you need to know

If you already have a lot of driving experience and a high no-claims class, you can probably get fully comprehensive insurance at an even lower price. Leasing offers – what you should consider
Term: ideally, the lease term should not be longer than 24 months, because then the car’s factory warranty will cover the entire lease term. If you nevertheless wish to lease for a longer period, it is advisable to extend the warranty at the same time. This costs extra, but also frees you from worrying about.
Leasing factor: the lower the leasing factor, the better. This is made up of the term, the leasing rate, the purchase price of the car and the one-off payment. Read this article to find out how to calculate the leasing factor and how to recognize a good offer.
Additional costs: often found with leasing are one-time costs such as transfer costs. These usually cost around 800 euros. And even then, the car is not delivered to your doorstep, but only transferred to the dealer. Depending on the location of the dealer, this may mean another longer drive for you. Additional costs such as insurance or service can also be expensive, because sometimes it doesn’t pay to take advantage of them. Especially if you are already in a high no-claims class, you should compare offers.
Inclusive kilometers: in principle, the lowest leasing rates are based on 10.000 kilometers of mileage per year. You don’t have to stick to this exactly – even with a higher running time it doesn’t come to 10.000 kilometers per year, the kilometers driven may not exceed these inclusive kilometers only cumulatively. If you drive more than the agreed mileage, you often have to pay more at the end of the lease term.
