Our sunny villa in Wiek has 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen – complete with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, with terraces and balcony. It is ideal for family holidays. Parking space is available. The lovingly furnished rooms invite at any time of year to feel good holiday. The property is completely massively fenced in. So also your four-legged friends can let off steam.

Additional information on rental prices
The rental prices are inclusive of additional costs such as electricity, water and heating. Accommodation costs for pets only apply from the 3rd dog onwards. ( 5 Euro per day! )
Final cleaning by arrangement. If the cleaning is carried out by our team, a flat rate of 70 Euro will be charged.
For dog owners: Should you arrive with your pets, we would like to ask you in the interest of the following tenants not to sleep in the beds or on the couch, even if you arrive in pairs and one bedroom remains unused. Please make sure you have suitable sleeping places, e.g. baskets, blankets, etc.
Visitor’s tax of the municipality Wiek (to be paid separately on site) Laundry package by arrangement (bed linen and towels): per person 15,00 €.
In the high season the arrival day must be on a Saturday (for the purpose of handing over the keys).
