Children’s birthdays can also be celebrated outside the opening times of the Museum Schloss Horst, on Saturdays, Sundays or afternoons a week. Because of great popularity and high occupancy, early booking is recommended.

We offer the programs below for children’s birthday parties at a recommended age of 6 to 10 years (last mentioned program only from 8 years). The program duration is in each case two hours.

At all children’s birthdays, the children are dressed in “historical” robes on request.

Cakes / muffins, etc. and drinks can be brought by the parents. “Medieval” earthenware including jugs for decanting and plates and a dining table are provided.

Under certain circumstances can children-Pizza can be ordered from the Fabbrica Schloss Horst restaurant at a surcharge of € 5.00 per pizza. Please contact us – we will clarify in advance whether the order is possible on your desired date! When ordering pizza, the execution time of the children’s birthday is extended by half an hour.

Children’s birthday like knighthood: Dressed in medieval clothing, the birthday child and his guests experience two hours of discoveries on the castle construction site and full of medieval games: from archery to horseshoe throwing to marble in the house, everything is included.

Price: € 75.00 (Maximum group size: 12 children, with larger number of children price on request, maximum 3 adult companions)

Find the treasure of Horst: During an adventurous treasure hunt of around two hours on the castle construction site, one clue leads to the next and finally to a richly filled treasure chest.

The treasure hunt takes place entirely indoors!

Price: € 95.00 (maximum group size: 12 children, with larger number of children price on request, maximum 3 adult companions)

Visit from the East: suitable for slightly older birthday children and guests aged approx. 8 to 10 years: The children slip into various roles in medieval society, from the lord of the castle to the jester and down to the blacksmith. Everyone has their own special tasks. In addition, a well-traveled guest from the Far East is about to visit. So everyone becomes part of a varied story.
