You will feel at home on our traditional Allgäu farm. We have rabbits, cats, sheep, a goat, cows, calves, horses and ponies. Our 2 apartments are in the cozy. Furnished in a country house style and offer every comfort for young and old. The large garden with lots of play equipment and toys will not let you get bored.

On our family-friendly, traditional Allgaeu farm you will feel just at home from the first minute on. We have cows, calves and a goat, cats and rabbits. The stars on our farm are "Maxi", our pony, the Haflinger and the island horses – on which our small and large guests can go for rides. Also very popular are rides for practiced riders, pony carriage rides and familiy trekking tours.

Our 3 vacation apartments, for 2-5 people (up to 2 bedrooms), are furnished in a cozy rural style and offer a lot of comfort, for example dishwasher, bathtub, TV, sunny balcony and a lot more. Our large garden has a cozy, covered patio and grilling facility and invites you to relax. A playground and a lot of playing options will make sure your children are never bored.

The apartment dandelion is very well equipped, nothing is missing, the decoration is also very pretty. The animals are well looked after and guests can always join in and go to the animals. Simone is very committed to the riding business. Dealing with the ponies / horses is very caring. The beautiful garden at the house offers great opportunities to play and the location of the courtyard in the Allgäu is very central and great for families (lots of excursions, also indoor for rainy days). We are very happy to recommend the farm and will definitely come back ourselves.

In the apartment we found everything you need for a vacation and we really liked the extensive information material about the area. What was nice for our children was the great playground with trampoline and many vehicles in front of the house and the petting animals that you could always feed and pet. Pony riding with mucking out and weeding was of course the absolute highlight for our girls. The hosts were always open-minded and helpful with a tip for you Excursion wanted to know. All in all it was a very nice stay with the Ostheimer / Füß family. thanks for that!

Cats, rabbits, guinea pigs to stroke and feed. And of course horses and ponies and an absolutely brilliant landscape to ride. The animals are kept appropriately.

And most importantly: wonderfully uncomplicated, nice people with whom we like to stay again and again (for 20 years with my parents, now for 2 years with my children :)).

Stefanie T. A wonderful vacation We went on holiday in the Allgäu for the first time this year and found exactly the right place for us.

With the Ostheimer families & You can just walk "feel good".

The apartments are nice & lovingly furnished, neat and clean and equipped with everything a family needs to spend a nice and pleasant holiday here.

Fresh milk is available every day on request & Eggs that taste delicious.

But much more weighs the warm and friendly nature of the two families who received us with open arms.

In the courtyard itself, the children have many opportunities to keep themselves busy as there is a large playground with a swing, sandpit, trampoline, etc. In addition, small animals such as rabbits / rabbits and guinea pigs. You can also drive the Bauer tractor, which our daughter was happy to use

If you want, you can also take / book riding lessons or rides with Simone Füß on her Icelandic horses and Haflinger horses. These were always a highlight for our daughter and also for me.

So if you would like to spend your vacation in the Allgäu – whether in summer or winter – you should also visit the Ostheimer family & Request foot.

We will definitely be back in 2 years and are already looking forward to it

PS: Due to the location of Wertach (the Austrian border is very close) everyone gets their money’s worth, whether hiking, mountain biking, swimming, skiing. there are so many options here.

Lars K. Wonderful vacation in a family and very friendly atmosphere We felt very comfortable and in good hands on the Ostheimer / Füß family’s holiday farm.
The apartment cowslip is bright and friendly, well-equipped and perfectly maintained.
We particularly liked the open and cordial nature of the landlords. They were available at all times and could help us with valuable information for our leisure activities on site.
Our children loved it of the Rabbits, Guinea pigs, cats and cows (of which we could enjoy fresh milk every day). We also regularly obtained eggs from the farm’s own chickens.
The highlight was of course the horse rides through the nearby forests and hills.
The horses are not housed directly in the yard, but are a few hundred meters away. However, they are easy to reach on foot or by scooter.
Our children didn’t want to go home anymore. The great trips on the tractor that Mr. Ostheimer undertook with the children also contributed to this.
In the garden of the holiday farm there is a trampoline, a sandpit and the small animal enclosures, which were freely accessible at all times. There our children liked to play in the shade of the big birch. The scooters and other children’s vehicles could always be used.
We adults enjoyed spending the evenings on the quiet balcony of the house on the street with very little traffic.
Overall, we can fully recommend the Ferienhof Ostheimer and would like to spend a vacation there ourselves. We have rarely met such friendly hosts. 5/ 5 TrustYou Survey

Sonja D. Nice relaxing family vacation We, the couple with a 3 year old son, were guests of the Ostheimer family for the second time. Both apartments are beautiful, well-kept and equipped with everything you need for a vacation with a child. Outside there is a trampoline, sandpit and various vehicles such as pedal tractors, which our son loved very much, for children. The hosts are super nice and always gave us nice tips for trips. The animals at the house (rabbits and guinea pigs) and the horses in a stable at the end of the village round off the idea of a holiday on the farm. We have always felt very welcome and comfortable. it was the third time we were on vacation with the Ostheimer family. As always, we liked it very much and can only recommend this holiday farm. We are a family with two children 3 and 6 years old and our children only want to go here on vacation. Below are our impressions:

Location: You have everything you need in Wertach. The village and the surrounding area are very child-friendly and the country house is also very central.

Host: From toddler to grandpa and grandma, everyone is very, very nice and helpful. Insider tips for activities are also happy to be given.

Ferienhof / Zimmer: Everything was very clean and well maintained. From children’s vehicles to full kitchen equipment, everything is available. The rooms are relatively new and nothing is missing.

Animals: cat, chickens, rabbits with offspring, cows and 10 horses. And accordingly the children are busy

Riding: Our children were riding every day and love every single horse. With an angelic patience, Simone takes care of every single child and their concerns. In addition to the rides into nature, the children can also help in the stable and are taught a lot about the horse.

Conclusion: We have been to a farm on vacation in the Allgäu several times in the past. We have been disappointed a few times – no animals, no tractor, outdated rooms, no toys, etc. The vacation at the Ostheimer family is 100 percent our ideal "vacation on the farm" and we would love to come back.
