Progress can be visible from the very first HypnoKids session. Usually three sessions are enough to solve a problem. The treatments take place at intervals of 2-3 weeks so that positive changes can be further intensified. Only one problem is treated intensively per session, so that the subconscious is not overtaxed and the positive suggestions can really accept.
We adjust the number of sessions individually to your needs. Subsequent appointments For subsequent appointments, you should allow 1-1.5 hours for each subsequent appointment. Follow-up sessions are charged at 175 CHF per hour.
Payment Please pay all amounts on site in cash. Thank you for your understanding.
You will gladly receive a receipt. In the past, some health insurance companies shared the costs, but this is rather the exception. We are working on getting hypnotherapy recognised by the health insurance companies.
Medication Whenever possible, it is advisable to stop taking medications, especially antidepressants and sedatives, 48-72 hours before a hypnosis session, because it is important to get to the emotional level, which can be prevented by such medications. If this is not possible, it may take longer for success to be achieved.
Health insurance companies Unfortunately, hypnosis therapy is not (yet) recognised by the health insurance companies. However, it is time to check and change this, because hypnotherapy is very effective because it gets to the bottom of the cause and does not deal with the symptoms or involve endless conversation therapies.
Prevention case Something can always come between them. However, please remember to cancel your registration at least 48 hours before your agreed appointment, otherwise you will be charged for part or all of the session.
SUPPORT BY THE PARENTS
Parental involvement is extremely important. During the preliminary discussion, all concerns and questions are discussed in the presence of the parents. This builds mutual trust and respect between child and therapist – an important prerequisite for the success of the treatment. Then the parents leave the room and in an extended preliminary discussion the child identifies his problem again and decides which changes he wants to achieve.
Prerequisite for the child If the child appears half-heartedly or reluctantly for therapy, the session becomes ineffective. It is not enough if only you as parents want a change. Your child must also want this change on his or her own. Nothing can be forced.
Homework Hypnosis is about empowering children to help themselves. It is important that the children believe in themselves and are convinced that they have solved most of their problems on their own. Therefore, depending on the case, simple homework is given. These are simple things like keeping a diary, listening to recordings, painting specific pictures or looking at a certain object several times a day. Parents should offer the child the necessary support.
