Contract-free gas tanks
In addition to the classic rental and usage contracts, customers have for some time had the opportunity to buy liquid gas containers. With the purchase of a container, the container is contract-free. A contract-free gas tank offers customers maximum flexibility. In contrast to conventional contracts, the liquefied petroleum gas supplier can be freely selected. There is therefore no dependency on the respective supplier. Competitive situation improves security of supply and price situation for customers. Tank rental
For all customers who want to avoid the initial investment of buying a gas tank, there is the option of renting a tank. Legal tests
All pressure vessels, including gas tanks, must be tested at specific intervals. For this purpose, there are legal regulations and technical rules for the area of liquid gas, which the operator is responsible for complying with.
So that you don’t have to worry about anything, we take over the monitoring and ensure that the tests are carried out properly.
For this we can include the customers in a free maintenance file and remind them of the regular inspections.
Regular inspections are:
- 2-yearly external visual inspection
The inspection is carried out every two years by a competent person. In order to keep costs as low as possible, the inspections are usually carried out by the tanker drivers at the time of gas delivery. All tanker drivers at raiffeisen gas gmbh are also "qualified persons"
- 10-year tuv inspection
The 10-year, so-called "internal inspection" must be carried out by tuv.
In the case of above-ground tanks, a wall thickness measurement is carried out and the safety valve is tested.

Both procedures are passive testing procedures. Complete emptying of the gas tank is not necessary.
