Christmas story for school children

High up in the sky, well hidden in a sea of clouds, once lived a little angel named Gabriel. He was very young and didn’t know as much as all the big angels up in heaven. Therefore, he studied diligently in heaven school to be able to take on the important but difficult task as a guardian angel one day. Whenever the grown-ups left to work as guardian angels, Gabriel had to stay in heaven and was not allowed to go to earth. He was often annoyed about it, but Ariel, one of the big ones, always said the same thing to him, namely: "Learn to fly first, then we’ll see."

Write a story

The writer Mark Twain once said: “Writing is easy. You just have to leave out the wrong words. ”But how do you write such a really good story? We’ll show you!

1. A good idea

At the beginning of a story, each author sits in front of a blank sheet or screen. If you can’t think of something right away, that’s not a problem. As a story writer, you let yourself be inspired – that is, you look for exciting ideas in your thoughts, your environment and what you have already experienced. This can be a topic from the news that totally captivates you, but also stories that friends have told you or a story about children. Stories about people are particularly exciting: observe what funny habits your classmates have and what nice or funny things they sometimes say (and write them down).
