What do you wear when sledding? There is no special clothing, in most cases you wear ski jackets and ski pants that protect against moisture and cooling. Ski clothing is also padded quite thick, so it doesn’t hurt when you fall off the sled. But be careful: sledding is not without danger. If the ski slope is very steep, a helmet is recommended, e.g. a ski helmet.
