  • Mouthwash solutions mostly support the treatment of gum infections. Check with your dentist how often and for how long you should rinse your mouth with it.
  • Avoid aggressive whiteners or polishing substances in the toothpaste. You can attack enamel and tooth necks. Only the dentist should carry out whitening and other measures.
  • If you have eaten acidic foods, such as fruit such as citrus, you should not brush your teeth immediately afterwards. The enamel temporarily softens the enamel. It is better to simply rinse your mouth with water.
