Thank you for your letter regarding the changes in the prophylaxis. My deadlines were met or represented by a person who was as personable as she was competent. For this reason, I think it is important to comment positively on your letter, as I am no longer accustomed to receiving such a nice letter of apology for missed appointments as a “patient with a health insurance”. Nowadays, the gap between private patients and health insurance patients is widening. I have never noticed the difference in your home. Perhaps it is the reason why my children and I are very happy to come to your practice. Many thanks and a big compliment to the whole team.

Finally no bleeding gums at all :-) Many thanks also to the involved practice team, especially to Dr. Althoff, technician Yvonne and assistant Laura, who really came up with a great solution for my problematic front teeth and put a lot of time and effort into it. I am really very happy and finally I can laugh again carefree. My husband is also satisfied and that means something ;-)

My lower jaw restoration was completed on September 17, 2015 (in a rather relaxed atmosphere recently). I am happy and super satisfied that I no longer have to visit you now. :-) In this way I would like to thank you again for the first-class treatment. Please pass on my “THANKS” to the employees involved: My motto for your practice (you should have it clearly visible in the entrance area): “Extremely competent, great working atmosphere, happy, open-minded, funny, always for a joke and you can feel extremely well cared for here! ”

I had been suffering from pain in a molar tooth for over half a year. A root canal treatment had to be done there. My initial fear of having this treatment happen very quickly. The team distracted me throughout the procedure, so it was really fun. I am very excited about the result. My tooth doesn’t hurt anymore and the crown I have on my tooth has even been preserved. If I had known all this earlier, I would not have waited so long and would have gone to the dentist earlier. I thank the whole team – you really surprised me!
