Great vacation with 4 children!

We visited the hotel together with my parents, who had already spent their holidays here a few times, and with 4 children (10 years, 8 years, 4 years, 3 years). Overall, we were very satisfied and we all enjoyed it. We have never experienced good service and joy in any hotel.
There are only a few small ones "criticisms" or suggestions for improvement. Since we were in the hotel with 4 children, we noticed a lot about the child friendliness.
The sinks in the toilets in the hotel complex and in the bathroom are too high for children up to 4 or 5 years old and they cannot wash their hands alone. Small step stools would be very helpful here. In the area of ​​the toilet facilities near the mini club and the children’s pool there are both children’s toilets and low wash basins.
There are sufficient children’s chairs in the restaurants, which are suitable for babies and children up to 1 year old. 2 years are suitable. Our two smaller children (4 years and 3 years) no longer fit into these chairs and that "normal" Chairs at the tables in the restaurant are unsuitable for small children because they sit too low at the table. We have helped to stack two chairs on top of each other. A suitable booster seat or a thicker cushion is missing here. It would also be nice if you could provide disposable bibs.
Since we lay down to rest in the room after lunch, our minibar was unfortunately not refilled every day, as this takes place in the midday or early afternoon. It depends "Please do not disturb!" Sign on the door, unfortunately this will not be made up for later. However, we have to say that after a note to the guest support, the problem was resolved.
Now I would like to write something about childcare. First a big compliment to Denise, the boss of the children’s entertainment! All other employees in the children’s club were also very friendly.
Too bad that the children’s club for such a big and great hotel is quite small and sparsely furnished. The kids’ club is open and the kids can come and go as they please. Children from 4 years old can visit the kids club alone. Smaller children must be accompanied by the parents. We didn’t dare leave our 4 year old daughter there alone because the kids club didn’t "completed" and it doesn’t get noticed that quickly if a child leaves the kids club without permission. A lot could still be done in terms of equipment. The entertainment offer for children from 4 to 8 years was good, for older children (8 to 12 years) the offer in the mini club is no longer suitable. More could be offered for this age group.
There were also entertainment offers for young people, which we cannot judge.
Our children were very fond of and often in the indoor pool. Here we have an employee who keeps the pool area clean and the puddles of water very diligently noticed negatively. He always rudely admonished the children and adolescents that they should not jump into the pool because too much water splashed out, they should not romp in the water with big tires and playing water polo was also not allowed. The children should only do all of this outside in the pool, even if it is of course still cool at this time of year and many feel better in the warm indoor pool.
