The HopferauCard

You can get a guest card from your hospitality or visitor information. It’s best to keep your HopferauCard with you, so you can get a range of discounted or free services:

The KönigsCard

The KönigsCard is an all-inclusive guest card!
KönigsCard hospitality hosts in Hopferau and surrounding area and access to 250 leisure time activities in the Allgäu, Tyrol and Ammergau Alps regions free of charge and daily, e.g .:

  • Trial skiking lessons in Hopferau
  • Boat trip on Lake Forggensee
  • Steep grade railway ride on the Alpspitz in Nesselwang, Germany

allgäumobile – free by bus and rail

You can travel for free by bus and rail in the Ostallgäu region with a valid HopferauCard or KönigsCard.

This hassle of searching for parking. Guests have access to around 200 bus stops and a 500km bus network within the region. Wieskirche church, the village of the royal castles Hohenschwangau or take the Alpspitz steep grade railway to Nesselwang.

allgäuWiFi – free on the castle grounds

You also have free access to the allgäuWiFi of the castle area for the duration of your stay with a valid HopferauCard or KönigsCard. The hot spot in Hopferau is located at Hauptstraße 8.

How it works:
You only need to register at one of the designated hotspots in the region to receive unlimited Internet access.
