Rheinfels Castle

Rheinfels Castle is the largest and most beautiful castle on the Rhine. It is significant for the castle architecture of the Counts of Katzenelnbogen in the 14th century as well as for the castle and fortress construction of the 16th to 18th century Landgrave of Hesse-Kassel. Summer toboggan run: Loreley Bob St. Goarshausen

On the summer toboggan run "Lorelei Bob" tobogganing guests whiz down to 45km / h in comfort sleds, which also accommodates two adults, in a 700m long stainless steel hollow. An automatic lifter system conveniently transports you to the mountain station, where the toboggan automatically disengages and begins the descent. Children over the age of three can be slipped into the company of adults, children over the age of 8 may use the facility alone. With two brake / acceleration levers to determine the toboggan guests their own driving speed. The special feature is the action packed trajectory, which spurs out a curve labyrinth of 7 curves, more S-curves, waves and jumps for the extra dose of fun.
